  “i recently signed a contract with united auto and sadly im very dissapointed in the customer service. a very nasty rude man called me to ask why my payment did not credit as promised i explained that i could not make the payment due to some issues but it will be made in the next 5 days and that i undersstand that a late fee will be due. he proceeded to state nasty remarks and demand that i pay him his money today . of course this really upset me to the point of looking up the phone # and willing to fly to texas and wait for him outside his home because due to modern technology you can also be found very easy. but instead i will report your company to the states attorneys office so i would advise you to never call any of your customers again making threats it is not professional at all and it makes your company home seem to be all lies.”
